The Village of Baytowne Wharf is located in the Sandestin Resort just outside Destin, Florida. CRT worked with an international team to create a 28 acre pedestrian oriented
village. CRT was responsible for the conceptual planning, landscape and hardscape design as well as the construction administration for this project. This mixed-use village has spurred an explosion of value to the entire 2,400 acre Sandestin Resort. The village
offers 420 condo/hotel units, a 168 suite hotel, approximately 60,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, and approximately 60,000 square feet of village retail space. The Village also offers a variety of shopping and dining experiences as well as a vibrant
nightlife that both residents and tourists can enjoy.
